JESSICA SAMPSON
SENIOR DESIGNER
Jessica Sampson is a Senior Designer at Project7 Design. She started as an intern in 2019 and transitioned to a full-time role after earning her degree from Des Moines Area Community College. Initially drawn to p7 for its design approach and collaborative environment, Jess enjoys the variety of projects, from branding and social media campaigns to murals, and values how closely the team works together.
In her free time, Jess explores a wide range of hobbies, which has led to a love for cooking and ‘potion making’—her term for crafting healthy mocktails. She’s an avid thrift hunter, often scouring vintage shops, estate sales, and flea markets for quirky, kitschy treasures. Among her favorite finds are vintage photos and ephemera, which often inspire her designs.

I have a three-year-old German Shepherd named Rigby. He's built like a little barrel and loves to nap with his favorite toys in his mouth. Over the past few years, he's earned quite a few nicknames, including Gregory, Baked Bean, Barry Mouse, Georgio, and Mr. Armani.
I am able to wiggle each of my ears separately.
